Today, Noah leaves the café and walks to the bus stop. Then he touches his bag. The notebook is not there.
Noah goes back to the café. “I left my notebook here,” he says. The barista looks at the table near the plants.
The black notebook is on the chair, not on the table. A blue pen is inside it.
Noah says thank you and puts the notebook in his bag. The barista smiles. “See you next Friday,” she says.
