The delay was caused by a shortage of the item you selected, not by the courier. The supplier has confirmed a new shipment, so we expect to dispatch your order on Thursday, which should mean delivery by Monday at the latest.
Given the inconvenience, we have refunded the delivery charge to your original payment method; you should see it within five working days. If you would prefer to cancel the order instead, please reply to this message and we will process a full refund immediately.
