She has a meeting at ten, a report to finish, and three calls to make. Nora feels busy before nine o’clock.
She writes the tasks on paper. Then she puts a star next to the report. It is the most important task.
Nora answers only two urgent emails. Then she works on the report for one hour.
At lunch, the report is nearly ready. Nora looks at her list and sees what to do next.
