Emma lives on the third floor. One afternoon, she sees a brown box in front of her door. It has her building number, but the name is different.

Emma reads the label: “Mr Payne, flat 3B.” Emma lives in flat 3A. The box is for her new neighbour next door.

She takes the box to the next door and knocks. A man opens the door with a cup of tea in his hand.

“Hello, I’m Emma from 3A,” she says. “This box is for you.” “Thank you!” says Mr Payne. “Today is my first day here. My name is not on the door yet. The driver went to 3A, not 3B.”

“Welcome to the building,” Emma says. Mr Payne smiles. “Would you like a cup of tea?” he asks. Emma says yes.
