IMPORTANT: CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT From 1 November, we will no longer charge a monthly fee for current accounts that receive a salary.
Accounts without a regular income will pay £3 a month, unless the balance stays above £1,000. You can avoid the charge by setting up a regular transfer before 31 October.
We will never ask for your password or full card number by email or phone. If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to the security team and do not click any links.
You do not need to do anything if you already receive a salary in this account. For details, visit a branch or call the number on the back of your card.
