EXAMPLE SHOP - RETURNS
You may return unused items within thirty days of delivery. They must be in their original packaging, and you must include your order number. We cannot accept personalised items unless they are faulty.
Before sending anything back, complete the return request in your customer account. You will receive a label by email. For a change-of-mind return, £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us with a photograph within seven days. In these cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you. Do not use the standard return label until our team has replied.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days after we inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to show the money. This fictional policy is provided only as a reading exercise.
