Lucas lives in Madrid. His grandmother, Rosa, lives in a small town. She has a new tablet. Today, they want to make a video call.

Lucas phones Rosa first. “Press the green button,” he says. Rosa presses it. Lucas sees a black picture.

“Grandma, I cannot see you,” Lucas says. Rosa looks at the tablet. There is a small sticker on the camera. Rosa takes it off.

Now Lucas sees Rosa’s face. She smiles and waves. “I can see you!” she says. Her voice is loud and happy.

After the call, Rosa writes a note: “Green button. Wait. Say hello.” She puts the note next to the tablet. Next Sunday, she wants to call again.
