She does not show the plan to anyone. She is new, and the plan is not finished. In a meeting, two people say, “We need more staff.”
That afternoon, Eva shows the plan to Tom. Tom likes it. He says, “Who will keep the answers new?” They add a weekly check.
The next morning, Eva sends the plan to her manager. She says, “Let us try it for two weeks.”
The manager says yes. Tom helps. The answers are easy to find now. Eva is happy.
