Eva has a new job in a shop. She has an idea for her team. People ask the same questions every day. Eva writes a plan on her laptop.
She does not show the plan to anyone. She is new, and the plan is not finished. In a meeting, two people say, “We need more people.”
That afternoon, Eva shows the plan to Tom. Tom likes it. He asks, “Who changes the answers?” They add a check every week.
The next morning, Eva sends the plan to her boss. She says, “Let’s try it for two weeks.”
The boss says yes. Tom helps. Now the answers are easy to find. Eva is happy.
