Subject: Project Atlas – status update and decisions needed Hi all, The pilot phase has been completed one week behind schedule, mainly because the data migration took longer than anticipated. Nothing critical was lost, but the delay affects the plan for November.

Three decisions are needed by Wednesday: whether to extend the pilot by a week, whether to add a second tester from the support team, and whether to postpone the launch event until December. I have summarised the pros and cons in the shared document.

My recommendation is to extend the pilot and keep the launch date, provided that the support team can release one person for four days. Otherwise, postponing the event would be the safer option.

Please add your comments to the document rather than replying by email, so that we can keep the discussion in one place. By Wednesday evening I will have read them all, and I will circulate the final decision on Thursday morning. By Friday the revised plan will have been sent to the client, and by the end of November the migration will have been fully checked. Thanks, Mandy
