Adam stops at a café during his lunch break. He orders a cheese sandwich without tomatoes and a glass of orange juice. The café is crowded, so he finds a small table near the door and waits patiently.

A few minutes later, a server quickly puts a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea in front of him. Adam checks the number on his receipt carefully. The number matches his table, but the food is completely different.

He catches the server’s attention and explains the problem politely. “I ordered a cheese sandwich without tomatoes,” he says calmly. She looks at the receipt and realises that the kitchen staff mixed up two orders.

The server says sorry and takes the plate back. She offers Adam a free drink while he waits, but he says he is happy with the juice he already ordered. His correct sandwich arrives a few minutes later.

Adam still has enough time to eat before his break ends. He eats slowly and enjoys it. As he leaves, he thanks the server. She smiles and wishes him a good afternoon.
